This is a “STAND-ALONE” application: all data, contacts, and message logs are processed and stored exclusively on the user’s local computer. No customer or messaging data is ever transmitted, collected, or reachable by our servers, online systems, or any third-party services. Consequently, the developers have no access to, nor responsibility for, the data processed by the application.

This software is strictly intended for legitimate communication with consenting contacts. It is NOT a bulk-spamming tool. Senders are fully responsible for ensuring recipients wish to receive their communications. Unsolicited or abusive messaging may result in recipients blocking or reporting the sender’s account, which can lead to official account suspension by the messaging platform.

The software developers bear no liability for account restrictions, the content of transmitted messages, or the delivery success rate. Senders must ensure full compliance with all applicable local laws, regulations, and third-party terms of service.

Privacy Policy
The software does not collect, store, transmit, or process any personal, sensitive, or analytical user data.

All operations are executed strictly in local mode within the user’s device. The application does not implement any form of remote activity tracking, user analytics, or background data collection. Any information processed remains under the sole control and responsibility of the user.

License Agreement
The PRO version license is granted as a single, non-recurring purchase for the specified duration (e.g., 6 months or lifetime, depending on the selected plan). During the active license period, core software updates and customer support are included. Each license key is valid for activation on a single computer system. Upon expiration of a time-limited license, access to PRO features will automatically cease unless a manual renewal is purchased.

Refund Policy
We provide a comprehensive free trial version of the software so users can thoroughly test all functionalities, including contact importing and message delivery, prior to making a purchase decision.

Refund requests for purchased license keys are eligible within 14 days from the transaction date, provided the license key has not been activated on any computer. Once a license key has been activated, the digital service is considered fully delivered, and refunds cannot be issued.

As the software operates as a local interface dependent on third-party platform layouts, the developers make every effort to maintain compatibility through regular updates. However, refunds cannot be granted for technical disruptions, account bans, or connectivity issues resulting from updates, structural changes, or security enforcement measures implemented by external messaging platforms.
